Triathlon!

Today (6/19/04) Jacob and Sam participated in a mini-triathlon at the Clark Sports Center. Enjoy the pictures!

First leg of the triathlon was a swim. Jacob had to swim 100 yards -- Sam had to swim 300 yards (but he lost count...) 

Jacob then had a 3 mile bike ride... 

while Sam had a 6 mile bike ride... 

Go, Sam, go! 

Jacob was almost too speedy for me to catch him as he went from biking to running. 

Here is Sam in the homestretch! 

Sam crossed the finish line second. (Jordan Sirtoli beat him.) 

Jacob, in his homestretch, was splashing water all over the place in a pre-victory celebration.
